To enable Biden's goals, EV charging companies want Buy America rules delayed

Our CEO, Abass El-Hage, was recently featured in an article from The Detroit News with commentary on Buy America and how it relates to EV charging companies like us at Red E.

“Towards the latter part of [2023], a lot of companies do have plans and things in place to have (domestic) production,” El-Hage said in an interview with The Detroit News.

Our goal is to have 300 locations and 1,200 fast chargers supported by the NEVI program across the U.S. We currently have about 200 chargers and another 200 in the pipeline. Right now, our chargers come from Europe, India, Vietnam, Mexico, and elsewhere.
